Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the ibcc22 support team via live chat or email. Valid balances will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days after verification review is complete, provided no transactions are currently under dispute.

For accounts terminated due to terms violation or fraud, ibcc22 reserves the right to withhold the associated balance until the investigation has been fully completed.
